I like big hair and I cannot lie

I have naturally curly hair that I spent lots of time and money on to change … When I began college in a new state with higher humidity than I was used to I decided I had to make a change, and I began to slowly embrace my natural curls. I was introduced to a method and product line to use that claimed freedom from sulfates, parabens, and silicones, which was REALLY good for me, but I had no idea WHY that mattered, my hair was happy and that’s what counted for me!

Fast forward 10+ years and now I know why those ingredients should be avoided, what to look for in a healthy hair care product, and even how to make my own, which is just super duper fun.

If you are reading this, my guess is you are interested in going more natural in your way of living.
